Mail and communication

The email that never goes missing

Emails and meetings from Outlook land on the right customer the moment you press send. When a colleague is on holiday, the rest of the team can see the whole conversation.

Outlook add-in

Track an email or a meeting to the right customer, even while you are writing it.

Automatic tracking

Choose the mailboxes the CRM may read, and emails with known contacts are tracked by themselves. New contacts are never created automatically.

Meetings in the calendar

Meetings created in the CRM go into your own Outlook calendar and follow along when they change.

Mailings to audiences

Campaigns and bulk mailings to segments, with templates and merge fields from the customer's data.

What it looks like in practice

Mads replies to a customer in Outlook. In the add-in he picks the opportunity "New ventilation system" for the email. The moment he presses send, the email is on the customer's timeline and Last contacted is updated on both the contact and the company.

When Mads is on holiday, a colleague opens the customer and sees the whole conversation. The knowledge lives in the system and not in one person's inbox.

Email from the CRM, and to many at once

Send, reply to and forward emails with attachments straight from the customer, through Microsoft 365 or Gmail. When the same message has to reach many people, you build an audience from filters and send from a template.

  • Templates with merge fields
  • Opens and clicks are recorded on the mailing
  • Follow-ups with reminders in the bell
  • Colleagues' Outlook calendars in the planner
